Summary: Very clean with a full kitchen. Love you are in the heart of Victoria with secure parking and without all the noise. Only wish beds were King Sized not Queen.

Summary: Very nice check in procedure and upgraded room. The bed was only a queen size, which is unfortunate. A larger bed would have been better. Very nice. I booked a room for next week at this hotel.

Summary: Our room (502) is outdated and tired. It’s not been refurbished for a long time. The refrigerator is very noisy and it’s difficult to get to sleep with the background noise. The kitchen doors are chipped and worn. We paid a premium price for a very average room and it’s definitely not up to a UK boutique hotel standard.

Summary: An early check in would have been appreciated as I needed to be out all day of arrival and other guests were being checked in. Otherwise a great stay and one of the families favorite hotels in Victoria.
